Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of AI-driven data analytics. This role is ideal for a mid- to high-experience engineer with a strong foundation in FastAPI and Next.js, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about building scalable, user-focused applications.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using FastAPI for backend and Next.js for frontend, ensuring seamless integration between components.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, deadlines, and technical requirements.
Code Quality & Review: Conduct code reviews, maintain high code readability, and uphold best practices for version control and software design.
Testing & Optimization: Implement unit and integration tests, optimize performance, and maintain high standards for application stability and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

FastAPI & Next.js: Proven experience building applications with FastAPI and Next.js, with a solid understanding of API design, REST, and real-time data handling (WebSockets/SSE experience is a plus).
Git & GitHub: Strong command of Git for version control and experience managing collaboration through GitHub, including PR management and branching strategies.
English Proficiency: Excellent communication skills for articulating technical ideas to both technical and non-technical team members, along with clear documentation practices.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and sprint-based workflows.
